2024 Hyundai Sonata. Recently, photos of camouflaged samples of the restyled Sonata were published on the Web, which became an occasion for us to imagine what the new product would look like. The details are becoming clearer and clearer.
Sonata has been part of the South Korean company’s model range since 1985, when the first generation of the sedan was introduced. Today, the assembly line is already the eighth generation with the factory index DN8, its premiere took place in March 2019. The time is right for a planned restyling, and test specimens have already been seen on the roads. So far, they are heavily camouflaged, but some features of the appearance can already be seen.

Judging by the available photos , the sedan will receive a completely redesigned front end. Most likely, the Sonata will get a horizontal LED strip of parking lights along the edge of the hood, similar to the futuristic Hyundai Staria minivan introduced last spring. The main headlight units will be located slightly lower along the edges of the bumper, and the sedan can also get a large trapezoidal grille. No significant changes are expected on the side, while the back is still more camouflaged than the front. It can be assumed that noticeable changes will also take place here in the form of new rear optics – we have depicted one of the possible options.
